A casual game of ultimate frisbee, that has a big social element to it too! We'll provide all the equipment and explain the rules, so you don't really need to have played before, or be fit - it's just a bit of a laugh and a chance for a bit of a run around. Any questions, then please do email us.

Experience: none required. It's more a chance to mess about than to be competitive

Cost: in the summer it's free just being in the park, in the winter it varies depending on numbers - approx £3-5 for the hire cost of a floodlit pitch.
