An Italian cookery course by The Urban Kitchen at their private residence in Butler's Wharf. These interesting yet informal evenings all take place in the great company of 8th Day UK and The Urban Kitchen, whilst sipping away at complimentary cocktails. The course fee naturally includes all the fantastic food you help prepare, so you'll finish the evening nicely replete!
Cost includes full meal, 1 litre of cocktail, tuition and comprehensive handouts
You'll make:
Basic pasta dough
Ravioli with crab and mascarpone OR Ravioli with pumpkin and dolcelatte (v)
Aubergine and ricotta lasagne (v)
Vanilla tiramisu with winter berries
Additional alcoholic drinks charged for on an individual basis.
Time: arrive 6.30-7pm, until we eat and drink everything!
